EZL Corp Top-up User Manual

Checking the card information
(Balance, Usage history and etc...) In order to view card balance and usage history, you have to activate NFC function.
  • ①Please tag card to the back of mobile device at the main page EZL Corp Top-up
    *NFC Location can be differet depends on the device model.
  • ②If you are using IOS device(Apple), Please press 'view' Button to activate NFC function.

  • ③When you mobile device detect the card by NFC, your mobile device display will be automatically redirected like below

  • ④ If you would like to view your transaction history, you can simply press ‘history’ button.
In case of the mobile device is not reading the card [contacting NFC antenna location]
  • ㆍ IOS(Apple) device
    I phone NFC antenna is located back of top of your mobile device. Please make sure that the card is tagged on it

  • ㆍ AOS(Android) device
    NFC antenna location is different depending on the device model. Please repeat detaching and contacting card to the back of your mobile device until the display is turns into card balance viewing page or coupon charging page.

[Contact without phone case and accessory]

Please keep the distance between the card and mobile device about 0.5 cm ~ 1cm. And then try it again.


[Contact distance adjustment]

Phone case or accessory might decrease NFC recognition rate. Please remove phone case or accessory that prevents electromagnetic and try it again.

If all those methods above are not effective, we recommend you to change the mobile device or the card.

How to Top-up with Coupon If there is an available coupon to use, we notice you just like below.
  • ① Press ‘coupon’ section

  • ② Coupon list will be pop-up like below picture. You can select the coupon you want to use by pressing ‘Top-up button

  • ③ After selecting the coupon, you will be able to see NFC function gets activated just like Pop-up below. Then you should keep the card contacted back of your mobile device.
    ※ Please make sure that the card is kept on contacted to the mobile device until you see charging complete pop-up.

  • ④ After using coupon, you will be able to see that your card balance is increased.
